This series contains the Tweedsmuir History compiled by the Clachan Women's Institute about their community.
Fonds consists of the records created and accumulated by Ida Siegel, documenting her personal and professional life, along with her philanthropic work. The types of records include personal reminiscences, diaries and memoirs, family correspondence, professional correspondence, speeches, scrapbooks, newsclippings, oral histories and photographs.

Fonds includes operational records such as minutes of meetings, financial records as well as materials that were distributed to members and federated organizations such as newsletters, annual reports and annual directories. Also included are records relating to the political activities of the council such as resolutions, briefs and submissions as well as project files and committee records. Some records document the history of the organization and its milestones and include newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs and archives records. The fonds also includes records that were received by the LACW from its federated organizations, the Provincial Council of Women of Ontario, the National Council of Women of Canada and the International Council of Women.

The sous-fonds also consists of speeches and presentations written by Sister Mary Anthony, and certificates and records of graduation.
Hartleib, Mary AnthonyThe fonds consists of one scrapbook compiled by Helen (Nellie) M. Carryer of Woodstock. It consists of magazine images, poetry, stories, and other items pasted into an old accounts’ ledger by Miss Carryer, which includes financial entries dated 1856 and 1857. The ledger may have belonged to her father, who worked as a saddler and harness maker on Dundas St.
Carryer, Helen (Nellie) M.The sous-fonds contains policy manuals, newspaper clippings, intake procedures, photographs, scrapbooks, correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, as well as the record book and cash book of the Fontbonne Auxiliary. It also contains information about the history of the building, the children who were at Fontbonne Hall and the people who were involved in their care. There is also information about how the purpose of Fontbonne Hall changed throughout its time in operation.

Kintore Women's InstituteThe fonds consists of records concerning the St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing in Chatham. It contains material related to the hospital, the school, the student nurses, and the Alumnae Association. The fonds contains correspondence, pamphlets, booklets, newsletters, promotional material, scrapbooks, photo albums, yearbooks, a diploma, a nursing kit, a crest, two large, matted photographs of graduation classes, and news clippings related to the school, the hospital, the students, and the alumnae. It also includes a variety of photographs of student nurses, student life, the school, the hospital, hospital staff, and alumnae events, and memorabilia from alumni and graduation events.
The Alumnae Association was dedicated to connecting the students and preserving the history of the school. The Alumnae Association’s newsletters, event preparations, treasurer’s book, annual report, constitutions, and bylaws are present.
Notable material directly concerning St. Joseph’s Hospital includes a 1957 constitution and moral code of the medical staff and a list of administrators. There is also a list of the directors of the School of Nursing.
