The Town Clerk in 1895 was Arthur Ferris.

This voters' list was divided up into the different wards (McCormick, Ryan and Fournier) and was then subdivided in each ward into different sections labeled "parts" to differentiate which voters were entitled to vote in Elections for Members of the Legislative Assembly, or for Municipal Elections, or both.
