This collection contains material relating to the activities, the alumni and life on campus. It includes brochures on the University of Ottawa (1889-1964) and material on carious subjects mainly: Acts of canonical visits (1891, 1957, 1964); various events (1877-1966); bilingualism, university sports, courses, the dynamics of the students and teachers (1970-1985); historical notes (1866-1977); the architecture at the University (1962-1991); the central administration (1968-1981); St. Patrick's College (1951-1982); coat of arms and logos (1902-1903, 1971-1993). The collection also includes a large number of photographs that trace back the expansion and evolution of the University and a photographic album of Father Guindon during his rectorship (1964-1984).
