The first Clerk of the Town of Capreol was J. E. Carter. (Appointed April 22, 1918 and resigned October 17, 1918.) The second clerk was Mrs. Angus O’Connor (aka Margaret O’Connor; Appointed October 17, 1918, resigned February 10, 1919 and officially relieved of her duties March 11, 1919 due to her resignation.)
