Archival holdings formerly in the Canadiana Dept., North York Central Library, were transferred in mid-2016 to the Society & Recreation Dept. and to the Toronto Reference Library, 789 Yonge St., Toronto

The Society & Recreation Dept. at North York Central Library collects archival materials to support its North York History collections. New acquisitions are welcomed by donation or purchase if the materials have a significant relevance to the history of the area of Toronto formerly known as North York (1922-1997).
