        History

        St. Paul's United Church in Oakville, located at 454 Rebecca Street in Oakville was established in 1956 to serve what was then known as Trafalgar Township. A service of constitution was held at St. John’s United Church in Oakville on Thursday, April 26, 1956. The congregation met at Pinegrove Public School, and later, at W. H. Morden Public School. In 1960, the church building on Rebecca Street was first used in 1966. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
