Administrative history
St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (Edmonton, Alta.) was formed in 1913. The church was initially called Grierson Presbyterian Church after Mr. Delsand Grierson who donated the land for the first church building. At first, the services were held in a tent. In 1925 the congregation remained Presbyterian but they moved to a more central location in the city and named their new church St. Andrew's. They built a new building between 1955 and 1956.
