The Royal Street Cheese Factory operated in Newburgh, Camden Township, Addington County, Ontario during the late nineteenth century, and was owned and operated by J. G. Striker.

Fonds consists of the business records of the Royal Street Cheese Factory, including cheese production and cash payments to local farmers, ca. 1874-1884, and annual financial statements from 1873, 1886 and 1887. Fonds also contains a small amount of loose correspondence, invoices, etc.
