Port Robinson Pastoral Charge was established in 1925, formerly Methodist; it included Lyons Creek Church in Lyons, Cook's Mills and Mount Vernon, and was discontinued in 1968, when Port Robinson United Church closed. Port Robinson Methodist Circuit was established ca. 1884, and included Crowland and Lyons Creek Church; it was discontinued in 1925 when the Methodist Church joined the United Church. Port Robinson Methodist Church was active from at least 1884; it joined the United Church in 1925. Port Robinson United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist; it closed in 1968. Lyon's Creek was established in 1925, formerly Methodist.
