          File consists of a report created for ARCOP Architects, Toronto for the restoration of the Capitol Theatre. Report examines the samples of paint taken from the Capitol Theatre and in detail categorizes, numbers and highlights the numbers on images of the interior and exterior. Condition reports are given on specific ares of the theatre based on the paint/colour samples gathered.

          File consists of a report created for the Capitol Theatre Foundation by Le Groupe Parallele, Quebec with Rod Stewart as the foundation's contact. The report is primarily a photographic survey of the Capitol Theatre as it appeared in Apr 1995. Results of the report, in the binder include: a written record of photographs; ten (10) as found drawing sheets, three photokey plans and contact sheets of the photographic study.

          File consists of a Heritage Recording Report with a written record, photographs, 20 as found drawings, 8 photokey plans and contact sheets of the photographic survey. Also includes the documents in PDF format on CD-ROM and 3.5" floppy disks. Photokey plans are of the basement, first floor, second floor and roof, and exterior of the building. Photographs reflect all ares of the theatre from machinery to interior fixtures and roof and chimney.

          File consists of two (2) drawings based on the image of a period light fixture from the foyer of the Capitol c. 1930. Roving Recorders Heritage was hired to recreate drawings so the light fixture could be replicated for the restoration of the theatre, in 1998.

John and Joseph Carveth, as the plaintiffs were represented by George Brogdin. John Carveth was a butcher with a stall at the Market Building (town hall) as indicated in the 1856-57 and 1857-58 directories.
