General note

Percy Morrison was born on February 1, 1887 in Simcoe County to James Morrison and Ellen Dickey. On November 18, 1908, he married Ethel Mae Edwards in Ottawa, Ontario. During his time in Sudbury, Ontario, he was a merchant, plumber and politician. He began as a Town Councillor in 1916, Mayor 1917-1919, Alderman 1920-1921 & 1939-1948. After his wife's passing, Morrison married Vera Syke in 1947. While serving as an Alderman in Sudbury, Percy Morrison passed away at his home in Toronto, Ontario on December 20, 1948. Percy Morrison was interred in Sudbury, Ontario.
