Parker Street United Church, located at 152 Parker Street in Sarnia, was established in 1925; formerly Methodist. It started as a Methodist Sunday School organized by the Central United Church in Sarnia about 1890 and in 1913 it became its own preaching charge. A building had been constructed at that time to be used for services on the current property. A larger church building was constructed and later dedicated on March 31, 1928. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It closed on June 30, 2009.

Fonds consists of records, including marriages, 1913-1923, of Parker Street Methodist Church, 1873-1923; records, including baptisms, 1949-2008, marriages, 1923-2009, and burials, 1928-2009, of Parker Street United Church, 1906-2009.
