Series consists of miscellaneous correspondence and general administration files created, collected and maintained by the Supervisor, In-Patient Accounts. Records include correspondence with staff and Hospital administrators, memoranda of policy directives and procedures, patient account files, files re: the management of hospital insurance programs (Blue Cross, OHIP), job descriptions and personnel files, files re: management of the Hospital cafeterias, files re: air ambulance service, information re: rates for Hospital services, and budget preparation files.
