Administrative history

No. 120 (Transport) Wing was formed on 17 September 1945 at RCAF Overseas Headquarters, London, England to transport passengers, casualties, freight and mail in support of Canadian occupation forces in Germany. On 7 October 1945, it was moved to Odiham, Hampshire. The Wing consisted of three squadrons (No. 435, no. 436 and No. 437) and two stations (Odiham and Down Ampney). It was disbanded on 30 June 1946.
