Administrative history
New Lowell Women's Institute was established in 1902. The first president was Mrs. John Martin. However, she died shortly after her appointment and the Institute was left at a standstill. In 1903, Mrs. F. E. Webster of Creemore stepped in to reorganize the branch. Disbanded 1999.
