Wallace Rankine Nesbitt was born in Toronto, Ontario, on 17 April 1903 to Wallace and Mary Nesbitt. He attained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1927, the same year he was admitted to Osgoode Hall Law School. Nesbitt was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1932. Wallace Rankine Nesbitt died on 18 August 1976.
