Biographical history
Nathan Strauss was born on 8 August 1906. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1925, was admitted to Osgoode Hall Law School in 1925, and called to the Bar in 1928. Stauss practiced law in Toronto, and served as a member of the board of governors of the Law Society of Upper Canada from 1962 to 1999. He served as president of the York County Law Association in 1960. Strauss died on November 21, 1999.

Scope and content
Fonds consists of files relating to the organization of Osgoode Hall Law School class of 1928 reunion dinners, as well as photographs of one reunion. The fonds also consists of graduating class photographs from University College (University of Toronto) and Osgoode Hall Law School, and two prints depicting Osgoode Hall and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Records in the fonds were donated to the archives by Nathan Strauss in 1996, and by his widow in 2000 and 2001.
