Upon receipt of the scrapbook, Archives Staff restored it, using acid free archival materials, so that it may be conserved for future use by researchers. Unfortunately, in doing so, the original magnetic album was disposed of, while original order was maintained as closely as possible.

The County of Oxford Archives received the records from Sylvia Wray, of Hamilton Ontario, in December 2016, upon the request of Max Munro, who had created the scrapbook. His grandfather, Alexander Clark, was a member of the Zorra Team.
Portée et contenu
The fonds consist of one scrapbook outlining the history of the Zorra Tug-of-War Team and returning their trophies to Oxford County in the 1970s.

The County of Oxford Archives received the scrapbook from Sylvia Wray in December 2016. Sylvia’s husband is a cousin of Max Munro.
