The records from Middlesex Cattlemen's Association are primarily from the 1980 to 1995 period when Hugh Filson was the President. They were donated by the daughter of Hugh Filson, one of the Presidents of the Cattlemen's Association and then later a Director. The records were donated to the archives in 2017.
Scope and content
Records include the minutes from the board meetings, promotional and advertising series, Beef Herd Improvement Records and Cow/Calf Club records. The records cover a small period of the organization. Minutes include financial records, correspondence and reports from various committees and agricultural organizations.
