Manvers Pastoral Charge was formed ca. 1955 when Bethany and Yelverton from Bethany Pastoral Charge joined Janetville, Manvers, Mount Horeb, and Pontypool from Janetville-Pontypool Pastoral Charge, and included Manvers, Bethany, Janetville, Manvers Station, Mount Horeb, Pontypool and Yelverton. It was discontinued ca. 1963 when Manvers, Bethany and Pontypool were joined to form Bethany Pastoral Charge, and Janetville, Mount Horeb and Yelverton were joined to form Janetville Pastoral Charge. Fleetwood United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist; it closed ca. 1949.
