The Research collection consists of textual material which has been gathered by the Archives and relates to the history of Pentecostalism, the history of the PAOC, doctrinal and theological discussions and debates, and other issues facing the church. This Collection also provides background information on nations where PAOC missionaries have served, information about other denominations and organizations, and information concerning significant non-PAOC individuals.
Custodial history
Records in this collection were acquired from a variety of sources including departments in the International Office, District offices, local churches and individuals.
Scope and content
The collection consists of records documenting the activities of PAOC churches in Canada. Material includes bulletins, clippings, advertisements, pamphlets, church histories, church group information, and statistical data in the form of Annual Church Ministry Reports. The material is organized numerically according to church code. A database is available to provide access to the collection through city and church name.
