This collection became part of the Baden Branch of the County of Waterloo Library in 1967, then later part of the Region of Waterloo library in 1973. At some point the collection was transferred to the Ayr Branch of the Region of Waterloo library, and was later transferred to the Region of Waterloo Archive in 2017.
Scope and content
This series contains the annual reports read aloud to the volunteer board of the Baden Public Library between 1958 and 1966. These reports are handwritten speeches which summarize the activities of the proceeding year for the library. They report on the number of books and borrowers, the growth of the library, the community activities the library took part in and anecdotes about the year's events. The series is arranged chronologically.
