Item is a ticket and brochure for the ACO's 49th Annual Port Hope House Tour. The tour occurred on 3 October 2014 and this is ticket number 1362. Inside, there is a message from the co-chairs as well as major Thompson. In addition there is a map depicting the location of each house on the tour. File consists of a collection of materials related to the Royal Visit of Prince Charles and Camilla to Ontario, 2012. The visit was to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. It includes: one (1) paper flag; one (1) Diamond Jubilee pin; and one (1) letter of invitation.

Item is a commemorative coin created by the Port Hope Chamber of Commerce, 2000. It includes an image of Molson Mill, and the following text: "Port Hope and District - Where Town and Country Meet - "The Molson Mill" OCA Summer School, 1924-1929" (front) "Prosperity 2000 - Commemorating the New Millenium - Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce - Est. 1874 - Ontario, Canada" (reverse).

Collection consists of posters designed by Will Munro for events organized by him at various venues in downtown Toronto. Posters employ a variety of media and processes, including silkscreen and photocopies. Some of these posters were featured in Will Munro: Total Eclipse, July 31 – September 26, 2010, part of the Toronto Now series of exhibitions at the AGO. Silk-screening of many of the posters was carried out by Michael Comeau.

This series contains the correspondence, programs from the award ceremonies, photographs and certificates reflecting the various awards presented to the Congregation.

This series consists of records produced in the course of the business activity of the General Secretary. There are documents pertaining to the history of the Sisters of St. Joseph, a pilgrimage taken in 2005, memorials and anniversaries such as the 135th and 138th anniversaries of the founding of the London Congregation, and Mother St. John Fontbonne. The series also contains material on the CSJ International Center in Le Puy-en-Velay, France, the sale of the Mount St. Joseph Motherhouse in 2004, and activity reports.

This series documents the Assembly meetings and contains registration forms, related correspondence, prayers, leadership team reports, reflections on the assembly days, excerpts of publications, questionnaires, brochures about celebrations, lists of groups and participants, schedules, and brochures containing reports on the topics discussed.

Series consists of documents related to the Olde Tyme Christmas, including: Programs, 1988-1991 for Old Tyme Christmas; Print list and lists; Chamber of Commerce newsletter - advertising Old Tyme Christmas; Miscellaneous notes and correspondence; Ticket Stubs; Signs and posters; Foam board sign; Photograph labels (30 pages); Receipt book; Newspaper clippings.

Records detailing the planning and execution of the Canada Sea-to-Sea Alexander Mackenzie Bicentennial Expeditions, 1989-1993, to celebrate the bicentennial of the voyages of Alexander Mackenzie, who was the first European person to cross Canada and reach the Pacific Ocean. Expedition leader was Dr. Jim Smithers, of Lakehead's School of Outdoor Recreation, Parks, and Tourism.

Students traced Mackenzie's routes travelling by canoe and overland, and held events in communities along the way.

This series documents the Community Days. The series contains material covering ten different years. The Community Days were not held every year, but Assembly meetings were held every two years, and Chapter meetings were held every four years. The series contains various materials related to these meetings. Some of the most interesting materials include, for example, a Windsor workshop that taught Sisters to experience negotiation, meditation, and to practice active listening communication; the celebration of the 125th Anniversary (1993); a workshop on managing differences and conflict situations (2002); and other workshops and conferences.

The series contains schedules of congregational days, leadership style notes, spiritual exercises, prayers, workshop notes, “coming soon” reminders and “welcome” sheets, musical sheets for prayers and songs, short writings about the congregational history, correspondence related to the Community gatherings, reviews of new publications, ceremonies and celebrations, talks, corporate stances, photocopies of articles or short book chapters. It also contains printed brochures with prayers, theological reflections, other kinds of spiritual reflections, and conference materials.

Series consists of four (4) VHS videos taped by Opportunity for Youth, 1986-1987.
