These annals chronicle the daily lives of Sisters Ann Marshall, Katrina Rooney, and Nancy Sullivan while they performed charitable works in Annotto Bay, Jamaica. These records discuss their efforts in healthcare and education, including their donation to fix critical water problems in the Infirmary as well as setting up several educational programs to help children to learn and read. The annals also provide nuanced detail by describing the Sisters’ living quarters, thoughts about their works, and about the town itself. The sub-series also includes Katrina Rooney’s photographs. These images show Katrina Rooney teaching in school, posing with community members, and relaxing in her leisure time. These images offer a “snapshot” of life in Annotto Bay. A larger photo album along with a two folders of photographs also makes up this sub-series. The album’s images provide further examples of Annotto Bay life, and include photos of a trip to Jamaica made by Sisters Claudia and Francis Rossignoli. This sub-series also has records that detail the 2001 murder of Father Martin Royackers, who also lived and worked in Annotto Bay. He was a member of the Upper Canada Province of the Canadian Jesuits and had served Annotto Bay for six years. This news shocked and saddened the Congregation. They were upset to hear the news of the violent attack in a place they considered as a home. The Sisters set up a memorial liturgy in response to the news. The sub-series also includes several drawings from children to the Sisters.

This sous-fonds contains materials related to the activities of the St. Joseph's School of Music, including rosters of staff and students, music festival results, sheet music, photographs and scrapbooks.

The fonds consists of records concerning the St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing in Chatham. It contains material related to the hospital, the school, the student nurses, and the Alumnae Association. The fonds contains correspondence, pamphlets, booklets, newsletters, promotional material, scrapbooks, photo albums, yearbooks, a diploma, a nursing kit, a crest, two large, matted photographs of graduation classes, and news clippings related to the school, the hospital, the students, and the alumnae. It also includes a variety of photographs of student nurses, student life, the school, the hospital, hospital staff, and alumnae events, and memorabilia from alumni and graduation events.

The Alumnae Association was dedicated to connecting the students and preserving the history of the school. The Alumnae Association’s newsletters, event preparations, treasurer’s book, annual report, constitutions, and bylaws are present.

Notable material directly concerning St. Joseph’s Hospital includes a 1957 constitution and moral code of the medical staff and a list of administrators. There is also a list of the directors of the School of Nursing.

Sous-fonds contains photographs, newspaper clippings, correspondence, programs, reports; sound recordings of performances; information about students, teachers (both Sisters and lay teachers), award winners, and alumni; the administrative activities of the Academy; its history, including the opening, closing, graduations, and yearbooks; correspondence with the Ministry of Education of Ontario; and notable groups such as the Academy Singers.

The correspondence concerns the quality of religious education, teachers’ salaries, the history of Sisters’ involvement in education in Windsor, and reunion and anniversary events.

The records are primarily concerned with St. Michael’s School, St. Patricia’s High School, and St. Patrick’s High School. Material in this series includes correspondence, photographs, news clippings, event programs, histories, yearbooks, alumni newsletters, and St. Patrick’s High School’s newsletters. The school newsletter, also referenced as the school paper, was called The Annunciata and later renamed The Shamrock. The St. Patrick’s High School’s yearbooks were also called The Shamrock. The correspondence is concerned with the Sisters’ employment, the Sarnia Roman Catholic Separate School Board’s involvement with the schools, the opening of St. Patricia’s Senior School, and the amalgamation of St. Patrick’s Senior High School and St. Patricia’s Junior High School. There are also meeting minutes of the Sarnia Roman Catholic Separate School Board and lists of teaching Sisters and the schools they taught at.

Item is one volume of a handwritten geography lesson plan. Included are hand drawn maps of the continents, as well as maps of individual countries and geographic areas. Accompanying each map are notes describing the surface geography, the climate and the main industries of each area and how their location on the Earth affects those things. The final map is of "The World" with notes describing how the Earth spins on it's axis and affects the seasons, the time zones, the tides and the wind patterns. Tucked within the pages is a list of the occurrence of maps on the geography maps entrance exam, a point form outline of the geographic, political and economic make-up of Canada, a map of Canada and two copies of notes with information about Australia.

Item is volume one of a handwritten Canadian History Outline lesson plan. Subjects included in the lesson plan are: Indigenous pre-European contact and post-European contact, European explorers (including the Vikings), European settlement of North America, the Founding of New France, the Huron missions, the Hudson Bay Company, the Acadians, the Expulsion of the Acadians, the Quebec Act, the American Revolution and the United Empire Loyalists. Tucked within the notebook are three copies of a typed, sixty line Canadian History in verse, two typed copies of a Canadian History Review with forty-eight questions and answers, a typed poem in verse entitled "Wolfe" by Grade 8 student James Yeates in 1938, two hand drawn maps, various handwritten history notes and a newspaper clipping ("Historian Calls Cabot Follower, Not Finder," Globe and Mail, March 4, 1961, p. 9).

Subjects included in the lesson plan are: the United Empire Loyalists, Feudalism, the Constitutional Act, the War of 1812, the Fur Trade, pioneers in Upper Canada, Responsible Government in British North America (Canada pre-1867), the Rebellion of 1837-1838, the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), Confederation, Louis Riel and the North-West Rebellion, Canada in the Boer War (South African War), the League of Nations, the Klondike Gold Rush, aviation during the Great War and the role of the government in Canada, including electoral districts, sources of revenue and available social services. Tucked within the notebook are handwritten and typewritten notes on historical people and events, maps, a pamphlet titled "The Fathers of Confederation" that was issued by the Ontario Department of Education in September 1927, eighteen 'Canadianecdote' articles clipped out of Maclean's Magazine ("The Fiddler Went to War," "Frontenac's Unwanted Heart," "The Tycoon in Caulk Boots," "They Took a Train for Taxes," "John A. and the Jester," "The Tale of Old Wives," "The Vindication of Suzanne Pas-de-Nom," "Finnan Fought a Buffalo," "A Coin that's Worth a Fortune," "The Last Shots of War," "The West's Jesting Judge," "And He Owned B.C.!," "A Favor from Mavor," "He Traded Canada for a Dowry," "He Duped the Duke," "The Sacrifice of Malobiannah," "The Lifesaving Doves" and "The Raid on 'Fort Blunder'"), a memorandum dated June 1933 regarding higher average marks received by students at Capreol Public School in Capreol, Ontario on their high school entrance exams versus their final exams (which included a suggestion that the final exams should be made less difficult and be marked more carefully to ensure that the exams were of value to the students and school officials), a typed article entitled "The Legend of the Crooked Tree" which was based on (predominately verbatim) the published article “Crooked Tree of Ekfrid Casts Shadow Over Site of Canada’s Betrayal” (originally published in the London Free Press), a typed article entitled "Stoney Creek" which was based on (predominately verbatim) the published article “Victory of Stoney Creek,” a handwritten list of the Cabinet members in the 1934 Ontario Government and the 1935 Dominion Government, a handwritten list of six items titled, “The duties of a Citizen,” and newspaper clippings.

Item is one volume of a handwritten lesson plan about the French Revolution. The notes include information on the political atmosphere in the years leading up to the revolution, key individuals involved, the role of the monarchy and the Old Regime in the revolution and the formation of the National Assembly. Also included is a summary of the Napoleonic Era and the effect the French Revolution had on the rest of the world, focusing specifically on the unification of Italy.
