Includes reports on the purpose of the YTEP, different options available for Youth Employment Programs, and feasible options for expansion within the Department of National Defence. There is also an audit report on the YTEP and includes distribution lists dealing with recruiting directive 2/86 and National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ) instruction ADM (Per) 5/86. Also includes a memorandum dealing with seven different options designed to assist young Canadians in the transition from school to the work force, and a distribution list for NDHQ Instruction DCDS 5/86 for the Student Youth Employment Program (SYEP).
