Sub-series consists of correspondence between the City Solicitor, James A. Runions, and the City of Guelph Treasurer's Department. Included in this sub-series are correspondence and documents relating to outstanding taxes, tax arrears, collections and sales, debentures, community grants, registration of liens, Finance Committee and Committee of Adjustment decisions, legal opinions and court documents relating to litigation involving the City of Guelph on tax and finance related matters.
