Series consists of two typed, annotated bound volumes, of the regular and special minutes of the Parks Commission of the Town of Sudbury. A by-law entitled "By-Law No. One of the Board of Park Management" is also included within the first bound volume.
File consists of one bound, handwritten volume of a general ledger for the Town of Copper Cliff.
File consists of a typed, carbon copied (with original signatures), annotated bound volume, of the regular and special minutes of the Parks Commission of the Town of Sudbury. A by-law entitled "By-Law No. One of the Board of Park Management" (dated February 27, 1926) regarding the grading, filling in and leveling of land acquired by the town from the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1917 and straightening Junction Creek through that section of land is also included within the bound volume.

File consists of one bound, handwritten volume of the minutes of the proceedings of the Town of Capreol.
File consists of one bound, handwritten volume of the assessment roll for the Town of Capreol. A second copy of the volume is tucked inside the assessment roll.
Series consists of the collector's rolls of the Town of Capreol. The collector's rolls contain the same information as the assessment rolls with the addition of the date of payment for the taxes. They were created by the town clerk from the assessment rolls and then given to the collector who would be entrusted to acquire the taxes from the individuals or businesses and record the date and amount paid in the rolls. The rolls would then be given to the town treasurer.
Series consists of auditor's reports, prepared by third party chartered accountants on behalf of the Town of Sudbury. These reports inspect the financial books, accounts and vouchers of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Sudbury. A supplementary report is also included.
Series consists of the assessment rolls of the Town of Capreol. The assessment rolls list information regarding property within the town and were created to provide information to the municipality for property taxes in accordance with the Assessment Act.

This fonds consists of administrative, financial and judicial records documenting the operation of the Town of Capreol.
Town of CapreolSeries consists of balance sheets, prepared by third party chartered accountants for the Town of Sudbury to help audit the vouchers and accounts of the Town Treasurer. The statements and schedules subject to these audits vary from year to year but normally include a general balance sheet, receipts and disbursements for the year, and receipts and disbursements for the Public School Board, the High School Board, and the Public Library Board.

Fonds consists of records documenting the personal, professional and communal activities of Phil Givens. The bulk of the material is graphic and most of the photographs relate to his tenure as Mayor of Toronto and to his Jewish communal work. The records also include general correspondence, speeches, campaign material, scrapbooks, cartoons, certificates and awards, biographical writings, audio and visual materials and artifacts. The records have been arranged into nine series representing Givens’ various roles and activities and have been described to the file level and item level when necessary. These series are: 1. Personal life; 2. City of Toronto Alderman; 3. City of Toronto Controller; 4. City of Toronto Mayor; 5. Metropolitan Toronto Police Commissioner; 6. Provincial politics; 7. National politics; 8.
