The collection consists primarily of correspondence between John Strachan and Bethune. Also included are published inserts, memoranda, sermons and copies of letters.

The collection includes correspondence from every period of Strachan's life, official documents, notes, and writings.

The fonds consists of an illuminated testimonial from Trinity College and a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings about Allan, Trinity College, and the taking of York. It includes papers associated with Allan's duties as chancellor of Trinity College and some personal papers.

Fonds documents all aspects of Trinity College's program of granting in absentia music degrees in Britain
from its inception in 1885 to its demise in 1891. Included in this material is correspondence with practicing
musicians, with those administering the program in Britain, and with various university and government
officials. There are administrative records such as calendars, degree requirements and formal
examination papers. Formal and legal documents, such as the “Memorial” and responses to it, as well as
communications with university chancellors show the increasing opposition to the program. Many
newspaper and journal clippings document these events.

The fonds consists of the signed agreement between Doctors Geikie and Rolph in 1857 in which they become partners. There is some correspondence and a number of journal articles written by Dr. Geikie on various topics. Many tributes to Dr. Geikie, printed and handwritten, are included.

This collection consists of administrative records, calendars, student academic records, and records of student life at Trinity Medical College. Administrative records include Minutes of Corporation, records related to the amalgamation of medical faculties at Trinity College and the University of Toronto, correspondence files, a small number of general administrative and financial records, a Register of Students, and miscellaneous reports. Student records include textual and photographic records of academic standing and participation; records of student life include documents and photographs related to college groups, committees, societies, and teams. Also in the collection are a cap, belt, (and blazer purported to be from Trinity Medical College), as well as a manual press of the seal of Trinity Medical College.

The fonds consists of correspondance relating to Cayley’s appointment to St. Simon’s Church in 1900, clippings of articles written by Cayley, and manuscripts of sermons and talks by Cayley.

The fonds consists of a scrapbook in which Charleson records his student experiences as a member of the class of 2T6 and describes some Trinity traditions and events. Receipts from financial transactions, programs from theatre productions and debates, and dinner menus document many of Charleson's activities. Newspaper clippings reflect contemporary life during Charleson's years at Trinity.

Materials include letters, newspaper clippings, and handwritten notes.

The collection consists of material related to Young’s academic interest in the Anglican Church in Canada
and its related people, records related to Young’s time as an administrator of Trinity College, and some
material from his personal life. The fonds contains original and copied research material accumulated by
Young from various sources, written by John Strachan, his family and contemporaries. Other research
interests included Bishop Mountain, the Stewart family, and Trinity College. Published and unpublished
manuscripts, Young’s correspondence relating to the administration of Trinity College, and personal
artefacts and photographs, are included.

The fonds consists of notes of lectures by the provost of the University of Trinity College, delivered in 1859-1860 and notes of lectures on the catechism, including "Questions on Paley's Evidences of Christianity," as well as Jones's diary as a Trinity College undergraduate from 1857.

Fonds comprises handwritten and carbon copies of the manuscripts for two books: “A Study in the Idea of God” and “Civilization in the Making.” As well, there is a Sign-List for Pre-Hammurabi Contract Tablets. There are some 100 lantern slides that Mercer was famous for using in his lectures. Some of these slides by photographer A.J. Reading show titles for the images; however there is no listing of them.

Fonds consists of essays, documents, photographs and one artefact from Mary Stedman’s time at high school and Trinity College.

Fonds contains autograph poems by both Lampman and Scott, a bound volume with two Lampman poems presented to the College by Scott, various poems by Lampman and Scott printed on cards or in booklets and sent as Christmas cards along with Christmas greetings to "Shortt” [the Reverend Charles Harper Shortt who was a fellow student of Lampman’s at Trinity].

Fonds consists of records kept by W.B. Crowe while a student at the Trinity Medical College (1892-1896) and for several years after graduation. Files include lecture notes and examination papers; printed ‘admission cards’ allowing entrance to lectures; receipts from the Registrar; certificates from the various levels of his training; programs from Medical College social functions including the annual dinners (1892-1895); speeches; commencement programs; notebooks; and papers relating to his time in Scotland. Also included is a prescription book with initial date of March 1894 that seems to have been used throughout his career as a physician. Photographs include a tintype of W.B Crowe treating a patient, a photograph of the dissecting class, and a class photograph. Also included is a clipping from the Toronto Globe and Mail showing the graduating class composite picture for 1895-6.
