The fonds consists of materials related to Deane Cameron’s professional career in the Canadian music industry ,predominantly as President of EMI Canada and as a member of various national music associations and committees. It also consists of material relating to Cameron’s personal life, including correspondence, photographs and ephemera, much of which involves musicians or individuals in the music industry.

Fonds consists of corporate records of Gallery Moos, including files on artists and associated dealers and galleries, art fair participation and travel, business correspondence, publishing and administrative records and the records of David Moos and gallery director Gerard Jennings. Fonds also contains the gallery’s published material, including exhibition invitations and catalogues, posters, and limited edition publications. Fonds consists of personal and professional records created by Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani and their families, chiefly in Europe, North Africa, and Canada, for the most part between ca. 1910 and 1955, comprising photographs of Gilbert Bagnani's travels and archaeological work in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Libya and Egypt in the 1920s and 1930s; a motion picture of his activities in and around Tebtunis in Egypt in 1934; correspondence between the Bagnanis themselves, Gilbert Bagnani's mother Florence Bagnani and other family members; photos of the families of Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani, including 19th-century photo portraits of their Dewar, Houston, and Robinson relatives; a collection of copy prints and glass slides of art and antiquities used by Dr. Bagnani in his university teaching; audio recordings of Dr. Bagnani lecturing; albums of clippings and memorabilia of family and social events; miscellaneous printed, typescript and manuscript items; photos of the Bagnanis at Trent University in the 1980s; an album of postage stamps; and other material.

Fonds consists of Suzy Lake’s documentation of her artistic projects and exhibitions, records of her teaching activity at the University of Guelph, trial proofs used in the production of photo murals, and an example of early experimental work by the artist. Fonds also includes Lake’s grandfather’s sketchbook from his studies at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Fonds consists of records of the artistic and academic career of Barbara Astman, chiefly in Toronto from the 1960s to the first decade of the 21st century, including photographs of her projects and exhibitions, correspondence and textual documentation of projects, personal and other photos and journals, and some audiovisual materials.

Collection consists of posters designed by Will Munro for events organized by him at various venues in downtown Toronto. Posters employ a variety of media and processes, including silkscreen and photocopies. Some of these posters were featured in Will Munro: Total Eclipse, July 31 – September 26, 2010, part of the Toronto Now series of exhibitions at the AGO. Silk-screening of many of the posters was carried out by Michael Comeau.

Fonds consists of personal and professional correspondence, clippings, programmes and related material that document Grossman's career as a dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company as well as the founding of the Danny Grossman Dance Company. It also includes contracts, grant applications and other financial records, citizenship papers, passports and other collected ephemera.

The fonds documents Andrew Tomcik's career as a professor, graphics designer and consultant. The Entertainment Department fonds, RG 10, is arranged and described at the series level, with an accompanying file list. The fonds consists of a single series: Subject Files (RG 10-0-1).

Textual records in the fonds consist of correspondence, reports, contracts, schedules, minutes, charts and policies related to the Entertainment Department staff, musicians, performers and other entertainers, competition contestants, and CNE visitors. Graphic and printed materials include photographs of dancers, parades and parade floats, costumed characters, music and dance competitions, and other events coordinated by the Entertainment Department, as well as pamphlets and brochures.

Few documents exist for the years 1952-1980 (for further records from this time period, see RG 10-2, Music Department fonds). No records exist for the year 1984. When the CNE became independent in 2013, they retained their administrative and operational records from that year. Those records, and any new records created after that date, are the property of the CNE and are stored in the CNE offices or the CNE Archives. As a result, only one further accrual is expected for RG 10 for the records created between 2000 and 2012, which still fall under the retention schedule as of 2018.

The fonds documents the activities of Claire Coates as a member, director and vice-president of the Canadian National Exhibition Association, and her participation on various CNEA committees.

The fonds is divided into two series. MG 1-0-1, Committee files, consists of agendas, minutes, correspondence, and support material of the Archives and Foundation Committee, Arts, Crafts and Hobbies Committee, Feature Country Committee, Program Development and Review Committee, Horticulture Advisory Committee, Long-Range Planning and Development Committee, and Women's Committee, committees on which Claire Coates served.

Series MG 1-0-2, Artifacts, consists of 17 CNE badges, presented to Claire Coates in her capacity as a member of the Canadian National Exhibition Association, Women's Committee, and as an associate director, director and vice-president, and 14 lapel pins issued by the CNE.

Fonds consists of four series; education of Wentworth’s schooldays at Appleby, Old Boys’ Association, correspondence and the Walker Family series, which consist of family heritage pieces related to Appleby College. Of note is a child’s table and chair set that was made by Appleby’s founder and Wentworth’s uncle, John Guest.

Fonds consists of more than 60 letters, newsletters, poems, and greeting cards written by Margaret Laurence to Ian and Sandy Cameron, as well as a copy of Laurence's will. The correspondence discusses Laurence's work as a writing instructor and speaker at the University of Toronto, her relationship with other Canadian writers and Clara Thomas, her move from Toronto to Lakefield, and her involvement with the Writers' Union of Canada conference in Ottawa in November 1973. Laurence comments extensively on her own works and her efforts to encourage other writers (including Ian Cameron), her efforts to produce a recording of songs with her lyrics and Cameron's musical score to accompany "The diviners," the film contract based on this novel, and her elation at winning the Molson Prize in 1975. The correspondence also discusses her divorce from Jack Laurence, her relationship with her children, and her views on social and generational change. The correspondence is accompanied by nine vinyl recordings given by Laurence to the Camerons that feature European classical music, African palm wine music, and Ghanian highlife music. The fonds also contains five letters from John Ruskin, the Victorian writer and art critic, to Kate Towney and Arbuthnot Cameron, 1865-1867, regarding Towney's marriage and financial affairs, mineral collecting, and ideas from Ruskin's book, "Modern painters." These letters are accompanied by notes and transcripts, as well as a letter written in 1907 regarding the Ruskin correspondence.
