Fonds documents Martin Parker's work as the Regional Coordinator of the Parry Sound District for the second edition of the Atlas of the Breeding Birds of Ontario (also known as the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas), an inventory of breeding bird species compiled between 2001 and 2005 that was intended to aid conservation efforts in Ontario. Fonds documents Parker’s responsibilities as Regional Coordinator including the recruitment, training, and organizing of atlassers (volunteer bird watchers), and the compilation of the data they collected. It also contains observational data from the Nipissing District, which it appears he was also involved in overseeing. The fonds also documents Parker's contributions as an author of several species accounts for the atlas.

The War Memory Fonds contain material relating to the remembrance of Allied military activity from 1914 to 1945. The War Memory Fonds represents hundreds of individual donations bequeathed to Professor Terry Copp over the past several decades. This series concerns the involvement of the Sisters of St. Joseph in the London diocese in the field of education in Sarnia, Ontario, where the Sisters worked as teachers, principals, and administrators. The records are primarily concerned with St. Michael’s School, St. Patricia’s High School, and St. Patrick’s High School. Material in this series includes correspondence, photographs, news clippings, event programs, histories, yearbooks, alumni newsletters, and St. Patrick’s High School’s newsletters. The school newsletter, also referenced as the school paper, was called The Annunciata and later renamed The Shamrock. The St. Patrick’s High School’s yearbooks were also called The Shamrock. The correspondence is concerned with the Sisters’ employment, the Sarnia Roman Catholic Separate School Board’s involvement with the schools, the opening of St. Patricia’s Senior School, and the amalgamation of St. Patrick’s Senior High School and St. Patricia’s Junior High School. There are also meeting minutes of the Sarnia Roman Catholic Separate School Board and lists of teaching Sisters and the schools they taught at.

The fonds consists of records concerning the St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing in Chatham. It contains material related to the hospital, the school, the student nurses, and the Alumnae Association. The fonds contains correspondence, pamphlets, booklets, newsletters, promotional material, scrapbooks, photo albums, yearbooks, a diploma, a nursing kit, a crest, two large, matted photographs of graduation classes, and news clippings related to the school, the hospital, the students, and the alumnae. It also includes a variety of photographs of student nurses, student life, the school, the hospital, hospital staff, and alumnae events, and memorabilia from alumni and graduation events.

The Alumnae Association was dedicated to connecting the students and preserving the history of the school. The Alumnae Association’s newsletters, event preparations, treasurer’s book, annual report, constitutions, and bylaws are present.

Notable material directly concerning St. Joseph’s Hospital includes a 1957 constitution and moral code of the medical staff and a list of administrators. There is also a list of the directors of the School of Nursing.

Collection contains 11 empty bottles that range in dates over the 1900s. They are demonstrative of what may have been served or used at Lambton House while it was operational as a tavern.

Highlights include: a 1903 bottle of Canadian whiskey produced by the Hamilton Royal Distillery; a bottle of Ballantine's London dry gin, imported and bottled in Ontario ca. 1900; a 75th anniversary Canada Dry ginger ale bottle manufactured in 1979; a bottle of "Toronto's Very Own" amber lager produced by Molson Canadian ca. 1999; and several unmarked bottles, and bottles labeled O'Keefe's.

Fonds documents Jack Jones' involvement in a series of teacher education projects in Anguilla and Montserrat that Nipissing University conducted with partners including the ministries of education of Anguilla and Montserrat, the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC), and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Responding to a lack of professional development opportunities for teachers in the Caribbean islands of Anguilla and Montserrat, the early projects provided teacher training workshops while later projects aimed to establish on-site teacher training processes in cooperation with the University of the West Indies. Jones played various roles in the projects, acting as an instructor, international liaison officer, and project director.

Fonds reflects the administration of Loyal Orange Lodge No. 876, particularly its membership, finances, and meetings.
