Most of the papers were created and used by Mark Bunting, DTM, who was a Charter Member of Napanee Valley Toastmasters and of Cataraqui Valley Toastmasters, and extremely active in Toastmasters generally. Some of the papers came from his wife, Jennifer Bunting, ATM, who was also a Charter Member and filled various club offices. A few items came from other donors. The papers are divided into two series. Within the series, they are chronological. The other is a scrapbook with photographs and brief biographies of men who had enlisted for the Second World War in the areas covered by the Women's Institute branches of: Melrose, Phillipston (Bethel) Zion, Plainfield, Quinte, Roslin and Tyendinaga East (May 1944).
