Series consists of four oversized registers of Canadian dead buried overseas during the First World War and one oversized register of Canadian First World War dead buried in Canada. Also includes several booklets with lists of cemeteries and war graves for each province. Finally, there are descriptions of the memorials of Vimy, Halifax, Ottawa and Beaumont-Hamel to the soldiers without graves, including a list of casualties for each. There are duplicate copies.

Series consists of cemetery registers with a description of each cemetery containing war graves in different countries and listing the names of the fallen Canadian soldiers. A first group of 59 volumes composed of books and some booklets covers the First World War, while a second group of booklets covers the Second World War. The principal countries covered for the First World War include the United Kingdom, France and Belgium. For the Second World War, the principal countries covered include the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Burma, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and South Africa.

Series consists of 40 binders of computer printouts listing the names of the Commonwealth dead from the Second World War with their rank, date of death and the country where they are buried/ commemorated on a memorial. There is also a list of numbers associated with military ranks and their significance.
