Series consists of two reports, entitled “Organizational Review of Army Headquarters (Project ORA)” and “Organizational Review of Army Headquarters (Project ORA) Supplementary Report on Committee Activity”. Carried out by a specially directed Organizational Study Team, the general purpose of the first report was to determine whether the organization of Army Headquarters was adequate to meet its commitments. The aim of the supplementary report was to review the committee activity at Army Headquarters. Both reports include several appendices.
