CanadianaFonds consists of letters, 1970-2000, written by Catharine Carrington to her friend Maryse Shaw, who was a bookseller in London, England. The correspondence covers a wide variety of subjects, including local and family news, cultural interests, social events, as well as persons once involved in the Bloomsbury Group; it also includes photocopies of photographs of the Carrington family, their farm, and friends, including Maryse Shaw.
