Fonds consists of records created and acquired by Western's Caucus on Women's Issues. Included are newsletters, minutes, financial records, various versions of their constitution, correspondence, documentary field tapes and reference materials as well as records relating to the Caucus' efforts to establish women's studies as a discipline, promote employment equity and contribute a women's perspective to the policy and planning processes at the university.
Also included in the fonds are the research materials of Constance Backhouse, law professor and member of the Caucus, who researched the history of women at Western as part of several projects including her report, “Women faculty at UWO: reflections on the employment equity award”, the establishment of UWO law archives and 100 years of women at Western.
Fonds consists of textual records, audio-visual materials and graphic materials relating to the company’s creation of film, video, audio and slide productions. Textual records include year-end financial statements, contracts, releases, scripts, consents, correspondence, proposals, treatments, transcripts, funding applications, promotional materials, awards, production reports and sales reports. Audio-visual materials include masters, submasters, field tapes and elements of productions created for clients by Creative Services and Lockwood Films. Contents include films, videos, audio tapes, CDs and DVDs related to: marketing and promotion of products, services, companies and not-for-profit organizations; internal corporate communications including annual meetings, seminars and internal instruction; training and education; television shows; documentaries; demonstrations for potential clients and stock footage created by Lockwood Films for internal use. Graphic materials include photographs, slides and negatives of Lockwood people and external projects.
Lockwood Films (London) Inc.Fonds consists primarily of records documenting Jane Bigelow's political career from 1969 - 1980, with the majority of the material dealing with her terms as mayor and controller as well as her various election campaigns. Included are municipal project files; records relating to the activities of the London and Middlesex NDP Ridings Association and the NDP of Ontario; campaign materials; correspondence; speeches; and newspaper clippings. Also included in the fonds are photographs documenting Bigelow's career; awards and other recognitions that she received; biographical records documenting her elections, public service and the contributions that she made to London; and a fictional novel about a female mayor in the city of London.

Alpha Omega Alpha Beta ChapterThis fonds consists of J.E. Evans work as photographer when taking images across Ontario and using them to produce postcard views. The photographic negatives are for communities or geographic features within counties and districts across Ontario. There is more extensive coverage for Eastern and Northern areas of Ontario. Evans focused his photography on small towns and villages, beaches, camp grounds, lakes and rivers. There is some postcards for a small number of the negatives within the fonds or for images for that no negatives exist.
The fonds consists of materials related to Deane Cameron’s professional career in the Canadian music industry ,predominantly as President of EMI Canada and as a member of various national music associations and committees. It also consists of material relating to Cameron’s personal life, including correspondence, photographs and ephemera, much of which involves musicians or individuals in the music industry.

Also included is a scrapbook created and curated by Miriam Stansell Kelly, daughter of William Riley Stansell. The scrapbook contains personal records of Miriam Stansell Kelly and business records of London Motors Limited.
London Motors LimitedThe collection consists of photographs created by Henry G Hines (Harry) and William H. Hines (Bill) over the course of the operation of his photographic studio in London from 1906-1929. The collection includes original glass plate photographic negatives commissioned by various City of London affiliates, local businesses, private individuals and the photographer's personal photographs. There are images of London with focus in east London mainly of industry, manufacturing and commercial for promotion and Port Stanley scenes. Also included are prints, and copies of Hines' photographs collected by Alan Noon and copy prints and digital images of all photographs created by Noon and given as part of the donation.
Hines StudioThis fonds is comprised of b&w photographs scanned for the Western Archives from photograph albums loaned to us by Westland descendants in 2006. The photographs were selected from the albums based on their local interest in the topics photographed. There are scanned copies of pictures of London and Middlesex County (including areas now part of London including Lambeth and Byron), Port Stanley, Sarnia and other surrounding villages and rural areas in southwestern Ontario. Westland took the photographs between ca.1905-12. There are many local landmarks, events and views that were of interest to Leonard Westland.

Fonds includes operational records such as minutes of meetings, financial records as well as materials that were distributed to members and federated organizations such as newsletters, annual reports and annual directories. Also included are records relating to the political activities of the council such as resolutions, briefs and submissions as well as project files and committee records. Some records document the history of the organization and its milestones and include newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs and archives records.
