Fonds consists of a carbon copy of a report prepared by Alena Vileišytė-Devenienė detailing a trip to Rome in March of 1956 with Jonas Matulionis, then president of the Vyriausias Lietuvos išlaivinimo komitetas, or VLIKas (Supreme Committee for the Liberation of Lithuania) to meet with Stasys Lozoraitis, who was chief of the Lithuanian diplomatic corps in exile.
