Fonds consist of Dr. R. N. Rabinovitch's retained files. They consist of personal files concerning rank, pay, and transfers. Also included are his correspondence and some official reports. These reports range in topic. There is an assessment of the existence of brand new German chemical suits among German forces in the Invasion of Crete, and how this might show German intentions. Other files discus the Allied chemical weapons program, and the need for greater integration and information sharing. Also includes a document on the chemical warfare service of the British Forces in 1940.

File 72/801 contains undated lists of photographs of airplanes from the National Aeronautical Collection. File 74/505 consists of documents that pertain to the early stages of the RCAF [Royal Canadian Air Force] Museum. Included in this file is a mandate/policy for the museum, correspondence about the storage and display of the aircraft, where the airplanes would be stored and put on display for the public, and finally, correspondence regarding the acquisition of personal possessions. File 74/437 consists of R.V. Manning's (Air Historian) papers. This file contains documents on the formation and early exhibitions of the museum. Included in these documents are memoranda, minutes of meetings of the Air Historian's Office (AHO), and correspondence between members of the AHO. There is also a copy of a newspaper clipping detailing a museum in Dayton, Ohio as well as contents for a brochure that was to be produced for an exhibit.

Fonds consists of an operations plan and interim operations plans for 1 Air Division when it was stationed at Metz, France during 1953-1955. The operations plan was designed to meet a situation in which war had been forced upon the NATO nations by acts of aggression of the USSR or her satellites. The interim operations plans were designed to prepare Air Division units for the transition from peace to war operations with the maximum degree of combat effectiveness.

Each convoy description mentions the name and number of the convoy, the Ocean escorts, the people in charge of the convoy, the standard route, a list of all merchant vessels participating in the convoys with a mention of their cargo and destination, the day and time of the departure and arrival with the total distance, the average speed and all other important events.

Ryan), Federal Electric Corporation, Maritime Central Airways, Northern Construction Co. and J.W. Stewart, Okanagan Helicopters, Pacific Western Airlines , Western Electric Company and Wheler Airlines. A small number of files pertain to airlift operations in Korea. The fonds also contains input from the Air Industries and Transport Association of Canada. Arranged according to a block numeric subject classification system employed by the Air Transport Board. The files have been renumbered.
