Fonds consists of by-laws, constitution, treasurer's reports (1965-1978), minutes, membership lists, correspondence, and reports relating to the club's social and philanthropic activities.
Agricultural Research WivesFonds consists of scrapbooks and loose newspaper articles of reviews from the Ottawa Citizen written by Alison Hardy. The reviews are for various piano, dance and song recitals given by the pupils of Myrtle Day, Rose Sinclair Flesher, Alice Valiquet, etc., upcoming musicales given by the Ottawa Junior Music Club, Twilight Music Club, The International Grand Opera Company, The Capital Male Chorus, etc, programmes for plays, such as "Ping Kwei Bit Yao" (Ping Kwei's Farewell at the Hovel) and "Lu Long Tsu Tze" (The Sixth General Punishes Son), and a souvenir publication entitled The Royal Tour of Canada and United States which was dedicated by the Canadian National Railways System. Some of the programs have notes on the backs that are related to the reviews written by Alison Hardy.
Hardy, Alison TaylorFonds consists of two of Bourinot's manuscripts including "Some Letters of Duncan Campbell Scott, Archibald Lampman and others" (3 files of typed copies and photocopies of correspondence, predominantly between Duncan Campbell Scott and his daughter Elizabeth, Archibald Lampman, and E.W. (Edward) Thomson) and "The Letters of Edward William Thomson to Archibald Lampman, 1891-1897" (2 files of correspondence between Archibald Lampman and E.W. Thomson, transcribed in longhand by Bourinot, along with bibliographical material on Lampman and background comments about the manuscript and Bourinot's work). The fonds also consists of poems (1953, 1959,1961) by Arthur S. Bourinot, several of which have been published and two photocopies of photographs, one of an unidentified man and one that depicts D.C. Scott and A.S. Bourinot at Kingsmere, P.Q. on August 2, 1945.

Beauchamp Truck BodiesFonds consists of 121 negatives of 76 carved gravestones in the Ottawa Valley and West Quebec dating from 1823-1974. Photographs were selected to show the skill and survival of some of the more interesting hand-chiselled carvings.

The photographs depict Mr. Bordeleau as well as various sports teams including some associated with broomball and curling.

The photographs are of the New Edinburgh Rugby Football Club in 1913 and the Ottawa Commandos hockey team. Where possible, items have been arranged chronologically.

Glebe CentreFonds consists of pamphlets and literature from the Ottawa Branch of the National Film Society of Canada. There is also a visitors guide for the 1929 Ottawa Winter Carnival and copies of editorial clippings written by Guy Potter critiquing the publication. The photographs are ca. 1920's and include Department of the Interior employees in front of Parliament Hill, a street scene at the corner of Elgin and Wellington streets, and a costume ball [?] ca. 1900.
Potter, Guy R.L., 1893-1977Fonds consists of two registers listing chronologically the names of guests and occupancy dates. Also included are advertisements of various Ottawa businesses.
Hotel CastorFonds consists of a listing of suppliers and prices, and total cost for building a house on 37 Rochester Street in Ottawa in 1902. House was built subsequent to the fire of 1900 which had destroyed the vicinity.
Nicol, John, 1844?-1930Fonds consists of photos depicting various Ottawa scenes and events in the 1970's and 1980's such as "Winterlude" ice sculpture competitions and balloon rides as well as assorted views of the Rideau Canal in the downtown section of the city. Included in the fonds is a black and white photo of Leonard W. Jodoin taken in the 1940's.
Jodoin, Leonard Wilfred, 1914-1991Fonds consists of 5 black and white photographs of various sizes depicting Olivier Durocher and his wife Virginie, as well as the entire Durocher family along with close relatives. Also included is a file of newspaper clippings depicting anniversaries and funerals in the Durocher family.
