Fonds consists of records arising from the activities and administration of the Toronto and District Liberal Association. General administrative records include correspondence, records of annual meetings, committee records, records of leadership meetings and conventions, and reference materials, especially publications of the Bureau of Municipal Research. Also included are copies of the outgoing correspondence of the President, Executive Director, the Executive Secretary, and Provincial Organizer. Fonds also includes files of information about Toronto and District Liberal Party executive, constitutions, and candidates in various ridings for 1969. Also included are records arising from the hosting of the Prime Minister's Dinner fund-raiser, including correspondence, dinner committee minutes, and files on the following functions: donations, entertainment, finance, head table, guests, menu and catering, press, promotion, ticket sale, and seating arrangements.
