The pamphlet includes contact information for Long Bros., the exclusive agents for the development, as well as a map of the area. The subdivisions include the following streets: Jane Street, Freeman Drive, Scriven Boulevard, Jocelyn Street, Ralston Drive, Trefusis Street, Southby Place, Victoria Street, Heneage Street, and Keith Place.
Item is an enamelware ashtray made by employees of Crane Co. Ltd. in Port Hope, c1950s. The ashtray is enameled in light blue, and was kept by Ruth Everson, secretary at Crane. It is unclear as to why the ashtray was created.
