Fonds consists primarily of records documenting Jane Bigelow's political career from 1969 - 1980, with the majority of the material dealing with her terms as mayor and controller as well as her various election campaigns. Included are municipal project files; records relating to the activities of the London and Middlesex NDP Ridings Association and the NDP of Ontario; campaign materials; correspondence; speeches; and newspaper clippings. Also included in the fonds are photographs documenting Bigelow's career; awards and other recognitions that she received; biographical records documenting her elections, public service and the contributions that she made to London; and a fictional novel about a female mayor in the city of London.

Kensington ClubThe fonds consists of histories for Killam, Galahad, Rimbey and Stettler hospitals that have been combined to create a history of the Alberta hospitals run by the Sisters of St. Joseph. Killam General Hospital was opened for the longest period of all these hospitals, and therefore a large quantity of the combined history is about this hospital. Along with the series for the histories of the four hospitals, there are series for commemorative and administrative materials. The fonds contains community histories, a timeline, staff listings, correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, and photographs.

Lennox District Women’s Institute.Fonds consists of organizational records and planning documents for the Lesbian Outdoors Group from 1995-2007. Meeting minutes detail disagreements over funds allocations, discussions of group management techniques, reflections on equity within the group and how social dynamics contribute to equity and inequity. A majority of the materials consist of handwritten or printed notes recording and planning LOG activities and meetings. The fonds also contain LOG promotional materials and photos.
Lesbian Outdoor GroupFonds consists of records created and acquired by the London and Area Council of Women. Fonds includes operational records such as minutes of meetings, financial records as well as materials that were distributed to members and federated organizations such as newsletters, annual reports and annual directories. Also included are records relating to the political activities of the council such as resolutions, briefs and submissions as well as project files and committee records. Some records document the history of the organization and its milestones and include newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs and archives records. The fonds also includes records that were received by the LACW from its federated organizations, the Provincial Council of Women of Ontario, the National Council of Women of Canada and the International Council of Women.

Maple Leaf Lennox Women’s InstituteThe fonds consists of minute and cash books, Tweedsmuir History Books, photographs, house histories, and subject files pertaining to the activities of the Maple Ridge Women’s Institute. The Tweedsmuir histories of Maple Ridge are extensive. Lennox and Addington Museum and Archives holds six volumes, three of which have been copied in other formats. Volume I contains a list of members with the date each joined and some additional information until 1972, as well as detailed background information about the Maple Ridge branch, the history of Napanee, Selby, and Richmond Township, as well as a history of local newspapers. There is also a photo of members in 1938. Some other parts of Volume I are many house histories of the members and select Church histories, postcards of Napanee in the early twentieth-century, and a brief biography of Annie Milligan, a member who was actively involved at the District level. The rest of the Tweedsmuirs contain updated information of a similar nature. Tweedsmuir, Volume II and III have a listing of highlights of each meeting for most of its time span. The later Tweedsmuirs are predominantly newspaper clippings of prominent local people and special local events. A point of interest is that the most recent Tweedsmuir, Volume VI, contains many certificates of appreciation and ‘memories’ by members as if written for their family. Some of the Curators of the Maple Ridge Tweedsmuirs were Mrs. Gordon Finkle, Mrs. W.A. Maple Ridge Women’s InstituteFonds consists of records created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran through her activities as a lawyer, legal reformer, and activist. These records illustrate the breadth and variety of McPhedran's work in the areas of constitutional reform, women's international and national rights, women's health, and violence against women and children. Included in the fonds are administrative records of a number of non-profit organizations and committees of which she was a founder, including the Women's Legal Education Action Fund, the Gerstein Centre, the Metropolitan Action Committee on Violence against Women and Children, and the Ad Hoc Committee of Canadian Women on the Constitution. Other records in this fonds, including subject files, correspondence and conference materials, document McPhedran's academic, research and writing work and her contracted work for women's health organizations.
