There are also several volumes dealing with immigrant, integration and multiculturalism issues, novels, and reports from research institutes, government organizations, charitable bodies, and others involved in the immigration and integration fields (1929-1983). There are also some newspaper clippings relating to immigration and multiculturalism in Canada.

Fulford, Edward LightleThe records consists of several series. One series is correspondence to E. Ann Lowthian from Marjorie Blosdale. The majority of correspondence is to Bessie from different cousins and friends. There is also a series of Greeting Cards for Christmas, Easter, and other occasions. Of special interest are the programmes of The Mozart Music Club which operated for eighteen years. There are also several copies of the programme "Suzanne" written by Eric Minnitt. Another series is from the University of Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music which features invitation cards to Bessie for various student recitals. Other series include family photographs or negatives (not identified) and newspaper clippings.
Elizabeth E. L. Minnitt 1892-1963 FondsFonds consists of records related to the Women's Institute based out of Elizabethville (former Hope Township). It includes a hand-written minute book for the branch (1989-2004), and an official Women's Institute handbook (1987).
Elizabethville Women's InstituteFonds consists of textual and graphic material relating to Ellis I. and Fanny Shapiro and their involvement with the United Jewish Welfare Fund of Toronto fundraising campaigns. Included are congratulatory letters and cards, certificates, reports, meeting invites, agendas and minutes, UJWF correspondence and memoranda, a UJWF Women's Service Council constitution (1956), newspaper clippings and six photographs.
Shapiro, Ellis I.File consists of a DVD including Evelyn Conn's "Our Memories: Downtown Port Hope" Oral History Project interview; and a paper copy of the interview transcript, 2013. The interview was edited and uploaded to YouTube with the following description: "Join the Port Hope Archives as we interview Port Hope resident Evelyn Conn. Evelyn recalls various stories of historic downtown Port Hope, Ontario for the "Our Memories: Downtown Port Hope" Oral History Project."

The fonds consists mostly of letters written by Fanny Gross to her youngest daughter, Edith. There are also letters written by friends and family to Edith and some letters written by Edith. The letters show that Edith travelled frequently from the Gross family home at 200 Colborne Street West in Whitby to visit relatives and friends in other communities. Subjects of discussion include parties, family, travel, and daily life. Fonds also consists of a copy of The Greatest Thing in The World, An Address by Henry Drummond.
Fanny GrossFonds consists of records documenting the incorporation, public reporting, planning, financial, administration and operational records of the FJPT. Included are: the incorporation certificate, committee meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, budgets, annual reports and special reports. FJPT operational records document fund-raising, fund re-distribution and ongoing dialogues with member agencies. Records of specialized, short-lived committees document specific subjects such as salaries, a new community centre, funding of camps, and policies concerning the future of the organization are also included.

Port Hope Sesquicentennial Planning CommitteeThe fonds consists of correspondence, curriculum vitae, ephemera, memoranda, newsletters, selected newspaper clippings, a photograph, and a scrapbook that Philpott selected and retained as mementos. She also collected her peers' correspondence concerning their nomination of Philpott for the Order of Canada. Fonds also contains biographical information about Philpott included by Professor Ken Moffatt of York University. The fonds is arranged chronologically; an order imposed on the fonds by a graduate student working for Professor Moffatt.

Roy, NicoleThe fonds contains textual and photographic records of Roland Cloutier’s involvement in Northern Ontario’s lumber industry. It provides information on some of the Hearst area lumber companies and on organizations such as the Hearst Lumbermen’s Association and the Ontario Lumber Manufacturers’ Association. The fonds also includes documents pertaining to the Hearst Forest Management company, the Northern Ontario Development Corporation, and to René Fontaine in his role as a member of the Ontario legislature and minister in the Ontario government. This is complemented by government reports, studies analyzing the situation and needs of the lumber industry and of Northern Ontario’s economy, handbooks relating to the working practices of the industry and maps mostly illustrating cutting rights in the forest of the region.
