Fonds consists of graphic and textual records created and collected by Robertson Matthews as well as other family members. The fonds has been arranged in series determined by subject and form of record. Series include photographs, correspondence, diaries, engineering records, literary records, personal records, Matthews family legal records and Matthew H. Matthews records.

The fonds contains correspondence, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, and other items relating mainly to Convocation. The fonds further consists of ephemera and printed material relating to Trinity College collected by both M. Joyce Mudge and Gordon M. Mudge. The fonds contains three black and white photographs.

Collection consists primarily of deeds and mortgages pertaining to land and administrative transactions in the Guelph area. Many of the records in this collection deal with the properties located on lot 13 Albert Street of the Thompson Survey or with properties on lots 48 and 49 on the north side of Quebec Street.

This collection also contains records related to the property at 72 Macdonell Street consisting of mortgage papers, deeds and a floor plan. Also included are deeds issued by the Canada Company. Fonds reflects the North Bay Community Concert Association's organization and sponsorship of musical concert series in North Bay, and also contains records pertaining to the Association's governance and administration. Records span the entirety of the Association's existence from 1943 to 1984, and slightly beyond it. Records are arranged into three series based on function or documentary type. Textual records in the fonds consist of annual reports, by-laws, membership lists, concert programs, promotional material, correspondence (primarily with booking agencies, grants agencies, and local community groups), meeting minutes, scrapbooks, and newspaper clippings about concerts and events. The fonds also contains promotional photographs and other publicity material regarding concert performers, which was provided by the booking agency.

Fonds reflects Ted Sobisch's work with the Executive Council of the Northeastern University Committee (1960), the Executive Council of Northeastern University (1960-1966), Nipissing College's Board of Governors (1967-1975), and the Nipissing College Advisory Committee (1967-1970). Additionally, the fonds documents Sobisch's research and writing of an unpublished book titled <i>A University is Born : The History of Northeastern University College,</i> and it also reflects the work of Herb Brown as a member of the Northeastern University Committee, Executive Council of Northeastern University, and Nipissing College's Board of Governors. Fonds is arranged into five series based the committee or project they relate to, or based on provenance in the case of Herb Brown's records.

Fonds consists of records accumulated by Leone Hinds related to Guelph's Sesquicentennial in 1977. Included are pamphlets and booklets outlining the activities, lectures and other events held to celebrate Guelph's 150th birthday. There are also six postcards of various Guelph buildings and one plastic bag with the slogan "Keep Guelph Clean and Beautiful." Also of interest is a Guelph Public Library Rules and Regulations booklet.

The photographs document a wedding as it relates to several Guelph residents. A more detailed account of the activities of some of those pictured accompanies the photographs.

Fonds consists of slides focusing on the architecture of Peel County, but including images from elsewhere in the province. While Beck was a resident of northern Chinguacousy Township, now part of the Town of Caledon, her images skew to downtown Brampton. Building types include houses, cabins, churches, schools, train stations, theatres, and mail boxes.

Photographs were taken in all of Peel's townships.

Item is a quilted wall-hanging, showing buildings of Port Hope. The buildings depicted on the quilt are as follows: Dunain, Belgrave's Water Tower (Greenwood Towers), The Octagon House, Pinehurst, The Bluestone, The Cone, St. Mark's Anglican Church, Port Hope Harbour, Town Hall, Robert Mitchell House, Forge Cottage, Chapel at Trinity College School, Walton Street, Viaduct, Ganaraska River, Wimbourne, North American Hotel, Methodist Church, United Church, CN Railway Station and The Belvedere. It was created by Betty Kerr (d. 2001) in 1984 to celebrate Port Hope's Sesquicentennial.

Collection consists of 287 post cards from communities throughout Peel, collected by Richard L. Frost. While assembled from a variety of sources by Frost as a private citizen, he was then the Chief Administrative Officer for the Region of Peel.

The collection consists mainly of material relating to Knight’s theatrical performances and productions in
Toronto and the United Kingdom, including theatre programs, review articles and newspaper clippings
pertaining to the theatre, as well as a few published articles.

The fonds contains correspondence, financial records, a letter-book, and diaries of Charles White Mortimer and Arthur Beresford Mortimer.

Records consist of photographs created by Streetsville resident Al Betts during his time as a professional photographer. Betts worked professionally as a photographer from ca. 1965 to ca. 1983.

Included are wedding portraits, passport portraits, photographs of various industrial and commercial properties, confirmation (first communion) photographs, and photographs taken for the Streetsville Review newspaper. The geographic coverage of the material is not limited to Streetsville or Toronto Township; Betts travelled throughout Ontario while working for clients, and as a result photographs of other locales are present (including Burlington, Etobicoke, and Toronto). One of Betts’ major commercial clients was the Toronto-based foundry and engineering company John T. Hepburn Ltd. and they sent him to document their projects throughout Ontario.

Fonds consists of materials written by Feilding in his academic and administrative capacities, including unpublished book manuscripts, articles, sermons, radio broadcasts, newsletters, daybooks, and notes. The subject matter is weighted towards explication and criticism of the Marriage Canon as well as divorce and homosexuality under Anglican Church law. The fonds also contains research materials collected by Feilding (journal and magazine articles, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and books), correspondence (predominantly with H.R.S. Ryan) and minutes from the Commission on Marriage and Related Matters. Also included is a pastel drawing of Feilding by Constance Wingert.

The fond consists of photocopies of records that document her military career, and photographs pertaining to the life, education and military career of Ethel Blanche Ridley.

The Eccles Fonds contain typed bulletins (“Battery Banter”), newspaper clippings, correspondence, and nominal rolls pertaining to the 67th Varsity Battery Association, a Canadian artillery unit in the First World War that consisted largely of students and graduates of the University of Toronto. The collection also contains personal correspondence letters from 1916-1918.

Fonds reflects Gould's bird watching activities in the North Bay area over the course of nearly forty years. The fonds consists of records documenting his daily birding observations from 1941 to 1979, with some interruptions in 1954-1957. Records include monthly reports of sightings, annual statistics, bird and mammal species occurrence records, and lists of species sighted. The majority of Gould's observations were made in "a rectangle which extends roughly thirty miles east and west and twelve miles north and south of North Bay." Some of his usual observation places within this area included his home on McIntyre Street, Peninsula Road on Trout Lake, the shore of Lake Nipissing west of the Government Wharf, and Eloy's Farm. He also frequently carried out observations while on walks, drives, and boat rides in and around North Bay.
