Collection consists chiefly of illustrative works by Canadian graphic artist Thoreau MacDonald, including a portfolio of drawings for an unpublished illustrated edition of Henry David Thoreau’s study Walden and a volume of layouts for the novel Maria Chapdelaine by French author Louis Hémon. Collection also includes some correspondence.

Fonds consists of corporate records of Gallery Moos, including files on artists and associated dealers and galleries, art fair participation and travel, business correspondence, publishing and administrative records and the records of David Moos and gallery director Gerard Jennings. Fonds also contains the gallery’s published material, including exhibition invitations and catalogues, posters, and limited edition publications. Two films on gallery artist Gershon Iskowitz are also included.
The accrual of 2004 consists of Series 8 and Series 9, listed below. In 2012 the accrual of material from Gallery Moos augmented Series 1–6, 8 and 9, and added Series 10–14.

Fonds consists of personal and professional records created by Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani and their families, chiefly in Europe, North Africa, and Canada, for the most part between ca. 1910 and 1955, comprising photographs of Gilbert Bagnani's travels and archaeological work in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Libya and Egypt in the 1920s and 1930s; a motion picture of his activities in and around Tebtunis in Egypt in 1934; correspondence between the Bagnanis themselves, Gilbert Bagnani's mother Florence Bagnani and other family members; photos of the families of Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani, including 19th-century photo portraits of their Dewar, Houston, and Robinson relatives; a collection of copy prints and glass slides of art and antiquities used by Dr. Bagnani in his university teaching; audio recordings of Dr. Bagnani lecturing; albums of clippings and memorabilia of family and social events; miscellaneous printed, typescript and manuscript items; photos of the Bagnanis at Trent University in the 1980s; an album of postage stamps; and other material.

The fonds contains records of Edgewood Camp and Conference Centre, and it's predecessor Fisher's Glen. Includes scrapbooks, documents, graphic material and administrative records.
Series 1, 2, and 3 contain scrapbooks of textual records and graphic material complied by The Edgewood-Fisher's Glen Archive. The archive was established by the Eastern Synod in October 1995 to collect, preserve and celebrate the first Lutheran camps. Led by Tim Mosher, the project reached out to former campers and received donations of photographs, records, memorabilia, and personal stories and memories. These donations included original records and photocopies and reproductions. Much of this material was used to create the scrapbooks.
Series 6 contains the working files of The Edgewood-Fisher's Glen Archive project. Includes correspondence with donors, planning material, and in-process work.

Series consists of records created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran relating to METRAC, its mandate and its activities. Records in this series document a number of METRAC's projects in the 1990s, including its involvement with the May-Iles inquest and other legal cases, public safety audits for the Royal Bank and the Toronto Transit Commission, an Ontario Women's Justice Network project, and the production of METRAC publications on stalking and domestic violence. Also included in this series are McPhedran's subject files regarding violence against women and children, METRAC administrative files, and files pertaining to meetings of METRAC's board of directors, on which McPhedran served as a member and/or chair during this period. Series consists of files created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran pertaining to an Ontario Human Rights complaint filed against Osgoode Hall Law School and York University Dean Harry Arthurs and the resulting formation of the Institute for Feminist Legal Research at York University. McPhedran was one of more than 100 lawyers, law students and legal academics who were signatories of this complaint, which charged systemic discrimination against women after Osgoode Hall Law School did not promote Professor Mary Jane Mossman to the position of dean. The records in this series document the process of settling the dispute, the meetings and activities of the complainants' steering committee, and the details of the settlement made between the complainants and York University. These records include memoranda, newsletters, notes, correspondence, minutes of settlement, memoranda of agreement, agendas, reports, draft documents, invoices, and notices.

Series consists of records created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran in her capacity as a consultant to Homewood Health Care, a company providing behavioural, addiction and psychiatric services. The records in this series pertain to McPhedran's contract with Homewood, her participation in company meetings and a roundtable for Homewood employees based on a paper titled "Quest for empathy: human health in the post-deficit society." Files in this series include research notes, correspondence, memoranda, briefing notes, draft documents, reports, pamphlets, presentation slides (paper format), annual reports, invoices, conference materials, and journal articles.

The series contains compact disc recordings from performances in Windsor [Feb. 9, 1969], Edmonton and Windsor [1969] and Quebec City [1971]. It also contains an audio cassette recording from a performance in Windsor 1969.
