Series consists of newspaper clippings and information on the Molson's Mill Art School, c1955-1981. It includes a type-written excerpt from "The Barley and the Stream" by Merrill Denison (1955). Articles were clipped out of the Port Hope Evening Guide by N. Tom Long.

This series contains material created and used by Mother Angela and research on her conducted by others. The series has four subseries. In it is found biographical information collected about Mother Angela McKeogh as well as a small card gifted by her to Sister Mary in 1910. There is also a copy of Oliver Diston Company’s Wreath of Mary: companion to May Chimes, 1883 annotated by Mother Angela in 1902, and handwritten sheet music for various hymns. Also found are photographs of Mother Angela. Finally, there is material related to the Ontario legislation on teaching French and allegations made against Bishop Michael Francis Fallon by the French community which eventually led to Bishop Fallon bringing a defamation case before the Holy Rota in Rome. While there is photocopied correspondence, the majority of the material is secondary research.

The sous-fonds contains the personal and business records of Mother Julia Moore. This includes personal and business correspondence, primarily from her tenure as General Superior; biographical records and photographs; her work, Beginnings in London Diocese 1868-1879; photographs and a diary from her trip to Italy and France; records from her trip to Ireland as part of the Ireland project; photographs and an account from her time in Peru; watercolour artwork gifted by Sister Mary Celine Janisse; photographs of the Pope and Papal mass; a yarmulke and photographs from the bar mitzvah of Irwin Zaifman; her speeches; her historical research, predominantly on the Sisters of St. Joseph; pamphlets and articles collected by Mother Julia Moore, notably of Pierre Wolff, S. J.’s works; information and documents pertaining to the International Union of Superiors General (U.I.S.G.); photographs and correspondence from the International Union of Mothers’ General meeting in 1969; a souvenir booklet from Pope John Paul II’s 1984 visit to Toronto, Canada; and a feast day book about the founder of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of London, Reverend Jean Pierre Médaille. There is also material concerning the 2005 Lyon heritage display.

The series contains correspondence, newsletters, photographs, scrapbooks, postcards, diagrams, clippings, bulletins, brochures, programs, song sheets, posters, publications, dramatic scripts, and reports. This material is related to the history of the third Mother House of the Sisters of St. Joseph in London, which was called Mount St. Joseph. There is information about the construction of the building and detailed information about its special features and decoration, including the Immaculate Conception Chapel, and its grounds, particularly the Grotto. The records also relate to planning the construction of, and move to, the Sisters’ residence in 2007, and the sale of the Mount St. Joseph building and property. There are records which reflect communal life in the convent, including the various organized groups, events, and dramatic and musical entertainment, and menus, meal planning, and recipes. The series contains records related to men religious who served at the Mother House, and other Diocesan correspondence. Information about both Fatima Hall and Ignatia Hall can be found, including the various uses of space in these buildings.

Fonds is comprised of materials pertaining to the life and career of playwright and author Munroe Scott. Included are miscellaneous correspondence files as well as manuscripts, correspondence, copyright permissions, research files, publicity materials, and reviews pertaining to his several books and plays. Included are 39 cassette tapes (and transcripts) of interviews by Munroe Scott with Dominion Sculptor Eleanor Milne and with authors, artists, and academics associated with Milne's work.

The Music Department fonds, RG 10-2, is arranged and described at the series level, with an accompanying file list. The fonds consists of two series: Jack Arthur files (RG 10-2-1) and Subject Files (RG 10-2-2).

Textual records in the fonds consist of correspondence, reports, schedules, minutes, and publicity material related to the Music Department and Grandstand show staff, musicians, performers and other entertainers, competition contestants, and CNE visitors. Graphic and printed materials include photographs of dancers, performer headshots, and other events coordinated by the Music Department, as well as sheet music from the 1953 Grandstand show.

Few documents exist for the years 1960, 1962, 1973, and 1981. No records exist for the years 1954 to 1956, 1959, and 1963 to 1972.

Fonds consists of archival holdings that document the history of The National Ballet of Canada from 1951 to the present, and include press clippings, programmes, posters, photographs, videos and costumes, as well as materials referring to dance in general, both in Canada and internationally. The Erik Bruhn Library also provides a valuable on-site reference resource, with over 950 volumes pertaining to dance and related subjects.

Fonds documents the meetings of the North Bay & District Historical Society and contains one minute book.

Series consists of Papers from the Northumberland Museums Corporation Steering Group. Features seven (7) documents. (1) Minutes for the Northumberland Museums Corporation Steering Group, 29th September 1988, (2) Minutes for the Northumberland Museums Corporation Steering Group, 20 October 1988, (3) Agenda for the Heritage Groups of Northumberland County (4) A letter informing that there will be a Museum's Corporation group meeting, 29 August, (5) Notice stating that the next meeting date was incorrect, (6) a discussion paper for the Northumberland Museums Corporation prepared by Peter Tulumello, 28 July 1988 (7) a map depicting the location of the Canadian Fire Fighters Centre.

Fonds contains records relating to Opera Laurier performances including programs, promotional material, planning material, audio recordings and video recordings.
For many performances, the records include production books outlining stage blocking, lighting cues and other information as well as annotated scores.

Collection consists of five (5) copies of the "Our Commander March" Sheet Music written by J.W. Chadwick, 1916. The March was dedicated to Lieut-Col. R.W. Smart of the 139th Battalion, Port Hope; and published by Empire Music and Travel Club Ltd., 26 College Street, Toronto.
