Le fonds comprend une grande collection de documents imprimés concernant la Voie maritime profonde/Voie maritime du Saint-Laurent, de 1894 à 1969. On y trouve des descriptions, rapports et soumissions des gouvernements canadiens et américains, de niveaux fédéral, provincial, étatique, régional et municipal. Le fonds contient également des documents d’associations, dont des groupes de pression américains favorables ou contre la voie maritime. On trouve en outre des articles de journaux, de revues et d’autres publications traitant de la voie maritime et des coûts/bénéfices du projet, ainsi qu’un manuscrit de Wright, des épreuves et des critiques de son livre The St. Lawrence Deep Waterway: A Canadian Appraisal (1935), en plus de chronologies, de présentations et de soumissions de Wright portant sur la voie maritime. Le fonds comprend quelques lettres de Wright, la plupart demandant de l’information sur la voie maritime. Enfin, on trouve une collection de coupures de presse, de cartes géographiques et de documents de grand format. Le fonds est classé en cinq séries.
Wright, Conrad Payling, 1897-1991Le fonds contient des documents, des dessins techniques, des photographies, des coupures de presse, des articles réimprimés sur Massey Ferguson ou Massey Harris, un insigne, une épinglette, une carte professionnelle et quelques outils de dessin. Il y a aussi quelques bulletins internes et des publications de la succursale Massey Harris en Australie. Les archives montrent que Windsor aurait participé au dessin de la moissonneuse-batteuse de modèle 37, et qu’il a travaillé au Canada, en Australie et en France.
