Mary StedmanThis fonds consists of photographs and textual records created and or received by the Matthew Wells Company in Guelph, Ontario during the course of their business activities. The photographs include aerial shots of the plant in Guelph and of one based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. There is also a photograph of the plant’s employees, a woman’s sport team and of the company’s products such as bottles of jams and jellies likely used for promotional or advertisement purposes. The textual components consist of the company’s stationary, examples of labels for use on their products, payment vouchers and a booklet entitled, NPPA Sponsored Fundamental Research Unraveling the Mysteries of Pickling, 70 Years of Progress: The Pickle Fair. Matthews-Wells CompanyFonds consists of research files created and used by Meredith Hill while executing her part of the 'Divinity 150' project at Trinity College. This project was begun in 1987 to study the Anglican clergy, in particular their training at the Cobourg Theological Institute and its successor, the Faculty of Divinity at Trinity College. Her research focused on the women who studied Divinity at Trinity College from 1915 to 1987. Fonds contains research obtained from records in the Trinity College Archives, and from surveys answered by former students. The fonds also contains a paper and course materials by Alison Kemper, a published paper by Meredith Hill as well as her presentation to the Divinity 150 Colloquium.
Hill, Meredith J.Collection consists of instruction manuals for aiming and firing, map reading, elementary drills, and a work focusing on infantry section leading. Many of the manuals contain illustrations and diagrams. These materials were used by Guelph's auxiliary police force during the Second World War.
The fonds contains correspondence, financial records, a letter-book, and diaries of Charles White Mortimer and Arthur Beresford Mortimer.
Mortimer, Charles WhiteThis fonds consists of minutes, financial statements and park manager's reports documenting the official business of the foundation. The Park Managers Reports describe maintenance carried out on the park and activities associated with helping to care for the park’s waterfowl. A small proportion of records in this fonds includes pamphlets, brochures, newspaper clippings, newsletters and a photograph created and or accumulated by the Niska Wildlife Foundation.
These records document the foundation’s history and its activities related to education and conservation awareness. There is no further arrangement to these records.
Niska Wildlife FoundationThe fonds deals with records relating to St Hilda's College from its founding until 2004. Most of them are from the office of the head of St Hilda's College (whose title changed over the years from Lady Principal to Principal and Dean of Women to Dean of Women and Dean of St Hilda's. Records include correspondence, student records, committee minutes, reports and statistics, photographs, policies, budgets and other administrative records. Note that there are no documents for the period 1953-1978 when Katharine Darroch was in office.
Office of the Dean of St. Hilda's CollegeFonds consists of records related to the management of the Peerless Machine and Tool Company. Included in this fonds are two minute books for 1964-1990 and 1982-2000, containing the company's charter, by-laws, shareholder and Director's registers, securities ledgers, and share certificates. Also included are promotional materials, 1950-1962 shipment records, photographs of the Peerless plant circa 1930 and drawings of Peerless products. These records document the management of the Peerless Machine and Tool Company of Guelph. The records are arranged by subject.

This fonds consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence of Ralph Smith primarily during his tenure as mayor of Guelph. In addition, there is one appointment book dating from 1965 and one file containing assorted material such as newspapers clippings, an agenda from the 1967 Guelph Chamber of Commerce annual general meeting, post cards, and a copy of minutes from the meeting of the Elliot Board in 1968. These records are arranged alphabetically by file title.
Smith, Ralph W., 1916-1963The fonds consists of lectures, speeches (in person and on radio broadcasts), and sermons given by Seeley in his capacity as priest, religious leader, and provost. Files include programmes from services, events, and conferences, pamphlets written by Seeley, notebooks, and correspondence between Seeley and others. Fonds also includes letters received by Mrs. Seeley after her husband’s death, newspaper clippings and obituaries, official documents, photographs, and a printing plate.
Reginald Sidney Kingsley SeeleyFonds consist of personal documents, notebooks, correspondence, and official documents from Richard H. Steacy’s student days at Trinity College, his time as Chaplain during the First World War, and his role in the church community following the war. Files also include newspaper clippings, poems written by Steacy and others, bibles, photographs and several artefacts from the war.

Spencer (RAS) was executive director of the Council. Also included are files relating to the ACC's involvement with the Canadian government, the North Atlantic Treaty Association, the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA), the Committee on Atlantic Studies (CAS), and the Turkish Atlantic Council.
