This sub-series comprises details concerning expenses and financial initiatives during and after the Guatemala mission. There are expense reports detailing building and transportation expenditures. There is a list of donations sent to Guatemala complete with donor information. Guatemalan children were sponsored through a beca student sponsorship program that helped cover educational costs. Information about donations and aid recipients in this program is provided. There is also correspondence discussing the Sisters’ accounts. The Sisters’ continued financial support after they left the mission is recorded in monthly statements and correspondence.

Fonds consists of photographs, newspaper clippings, internal communication, volunteer service recognition, Information Burlington 25th anniversary public awareness committee minutes and City of Burlington Correspondence.

The fonds contains resources used and created in the compilation of The London Township History Book. The two-volume book details the history of London, Ontario and its surrounding areas, detailing multiple elements such as geography, industry, and community. The fonds contains thirty two series; series 1-9 relate to the administration of the book project proper; series 10-25 relate to the chapters of VOlume 1 of the London Township History Book (one series per chapter).

Series consists of two photocopied pages of the Sudbury and District Chamber of Commerce April 29, 1998 Business Excellence Awards brochure (pages include the title page and the page listing the Querney Family as recipients of the President's Award). Series also includes a typed, annotated, one page Curriculum Vitae of Alan Arthur Querney.

The fonds consists of financial records created by Les McKerral, Woodstock Barber and range in dates from 1938 to 1999.

Series consists of Nouwen's financial files dating from 1980 and 1997, predominantly from 1986 -1997. Prior to 1986 Nouwen's personal accountant kept the majority of Nouwen's records and likely discarded them after the mandatory seven years retention period. The records from this time period are therefore minimal and consist primarily of financial overviews, cash books and American bank and retirement accounts and insurance files. After 1986, the records become more detailed and voluminous, including files about Nouwen's income (stipends, donations and royalties), expenses, taxes, insurance, retirement plans, credit cards and bank accounts.

The files were created and kept by various secretaries and financial secretaries that Nouwen hired to control his complicated and extensive financial accounts. In the mid-1970s Nouwen hired Joe Sarno as his personal accountant. Sarno was responsible for Nouwen's income tax returns, American bank accounts and retirement funds until 1994 when Nouwen decided to consolidate his accounts to Daybreak. Carol Plantinga served as his financial secretary from the mid-1970s to 1986. From 1983-1985 Nouwen's assistant Peter Weiskel also worked with the financial files. At Daybreak, Connie Ellis took on the roles of both administrative assistant and financial secretary. After Ellis' became ill in 1992 Kathy Christie became Nouwen's administrative assistant and Lydia Banducci was hired as his financial secretary. Christie remained with Nouwen until his death in 1996. In 1993 Banducci was replaced by Margaret Sutton. Sutton remained in this position until 1997. In 1994 Nouwen began to consolidate all his financial and accounting information at Daybreak. Completing Nouwen's 1994 tax return was Sarno's last responsibility as his accountant. In 1996 Sutton arranged for all the records created and kept by Sarno to be transferred to Daybreak. Nouwen began transferring his accounting to account manager Alka Vijan at Canada Trust in 1994.

Fonds consists of papers and photographs from the Long Family Collection. It includes materials created and accumulated by: Alfred H. Long (military publications, letter books), N. Tom Long (local history research files, St. Lawrence Hotel plan, directories, photographs), Geo. Wilson (memoirs, correspondence re: Port Hope Evening Guide, Wilson family photographs), and Brig. Series consists of records created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran relating to her involvement with the creation the Canadian Women's Foundation, founded to distribute funds to programs and projects assisting the self-reliance and economic independence of girls and women. The records in this series document the activities of the foundation in its first two years, particularly its board meetings and fundraising efforts to secure support from individuals, organizations and institutions, as well as McPhedran's work as interim director of the foundation in 1990. These records include correspondence, memoranda, minutes, questionnaires, notes, contracts, news releases, and invoices. Some records in this series were created by McPhedran's assistant for this project, Vicki Armstrong.

This series contains records concerning the involvement of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Pembroke with St. Joseph’s Hospital in Barrhead, Alberta. The records cover the establishment of the hospital, the administration and operation of the hospital, the transfer of the hospital, and the Sisters’ involvement with the Catholic Hospital Association and the Alberta Hospital Association. Materials include financial records, agreements for the purchase and sale of property, annals, memoirs, pamphlets, booklets, newsletters, lot maps, hospital floor plans, hospital bylaws, correspondence, and photographs. The major topics within the correspondence include establishing and operating the hospital, finances, the purchase and sale of property, construction and renovations, Catholic hospitals and medical ethics in Alberta, the changing role of Sisters in the hospital, and the relinquishing of ownership of the hospital. The photographs are of the hospital and Sisters at various events and locations.

One photocopy of a fax, dated December 4, 1991, to Wendy Watson of MCTV from Alan Querney of Muirheads. Attached to the fax are photocopies of a newspaper clipping ("Scottish Sailor opened store 100 years ago" by Harold Carmichael, The Sudbury Star, October 30, 1991) and two photocopies of sections in books regarding the history of Muirheads ("Muirhead Stationers Inc." in The Sudbury Region by Richard P. Baine, 1969, p. 147; and "The first 75 years : a headline history of Sudbury, Canada" by Charles Dorian, 1958, p26-27).

Series consists of newspaper clippings (both copies and originals) related to various Port Hope hotels, c1854-1989. It includes: The Albion, Bletcher's Inn, Blackham's, The British, Canada House, Durham House, The Ganaraska Hotel, Hetherington's Hotel, Lake View House, Lees Hotel (Mill Street North), Martin Griffen's Hotel, Midland House, The North American, Queen's Arms Inn, The Plains, The Royal, Stenson's, St. Lawrence Hotel, Strong's Hotel, Turner House, The Walton (Queen's Hotel), and other miscellaneous inns, taverns and saloons. The series also contains two (2) paper napkins from the Queen's Hotel on Walton Street.

Series consists of advertisements and newspaper clippings related to Mitchell and Black's Gardens Greenhouses on Molson Street, c1980s. The business was located in the "Mitchell House" at 82 Molson Street, and also went by the name of "Ontario Gardens." The articles were copied and clipped by N. Tom Long from the Port Hope Evening Guide.
