The Legal series contains records relating to the newspaper’s two major court cases, the police raid, as well as external legal cases they were participating in adjunctly, using for research, reference, and precedent. The series contains correspondence, trial proceedings, court notes, press packages, media coverage, legal donations and fundraising, seized records during the raid, summons, judgements, letters of support, and demonstration records, among others.

Series consists of the records created or collected by Bearchell during her work with TBP. This includes memos, work schedules, applications, grants, reports, agendas, correspondence, drafts of articles, news clippings, and notes.

Series consists of administrative records, including executive meeting minutes, financial records, election records, team rosters, league statistical information, award banquet programs, calendars, game schedules, member and umpire contact lists, recruiting advertising, artwork, records of social events and correspondence. Note that correspondence includes communications regarding the organization of the annual Canada Cup tournament and the Gay World Series.

Series consists of draft and final copies of the CGSL constitution as well as correspondence with league members, meeting minutes and memos regarding constitutional changes.

The CLGRO fonds contains records pertaining to the operation and activities of the organization. There are financial records, correspondence, newsletters, meeting minutes, projects the coalition was involved in, as well as records pertaining to external and member groups, and records collected for the coalition’s own research and resource creation, such as clippings, periodicals, and other external materials.

The Correspondence series contains files of correspondence received and sent by CLGRO during their active life. Some of the correspondents have been specified some of it has been left as miscellaneous due to the amalgam in the files.

Series 5 contains records created by and pertaining to groups that were members of CLGRO as well as groups that were not members of CLGRO but were either in correspondence with them or if CLGRO had collected records on them. The series has been divided into the following five subseries. Groups have been arranged into the subseries where they best fit. The series contains correspondence, membership records, lecture series, conferences, community events, fundraisers, papers, newsletters, bulletins, advertisements, news clippings, multiple articles, periodicals and publications.

The Community Homophile Association of Toronto fonds is composed of organizational records that document CHAT’s governance and administration, its community outreach efforts, education, support services, political advocacy, and its resource library. It includes bylaws and minutes, financial statements, grant applications, membership cards and applications, telephone logs, flyers, newsletters, briefs, correspondence, and resources collected on various subjects and homophile and gay liberation groups from across North America.

The series contains records that document the Community Homophile Association’s outreach and educational efforts and community events, dating from 1971 to 1977. The series includes CHAT literature, CHAT questionnaires and surveys, records that document CHAT’s invited guest speakers, forums, dances, and its involvement in the Gay Pride Week.
