Fonds consists of an account book kept by the Grafton Woman's Missionary Society between 1911 and 1926. The Society kept track of expenses, membership and profits. The book has the names of members and what they paid for membership. Also recorded, are the donations from members who were unable to attend meetings. Enclosed in the account book is a Treasurer's quarterly report booklet.

UntitledFonds consists of one Class photograph, and negative, from S.S. #5 from 1900. The names of all the children and the teacher are listed on the back of the photograph. There is one photograph, and negative, of Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Hope and which had belonged to Ross Comrie. Mrs. Hope was known as Aunty Bella. There is also one photograph, and negative, of John, Hugh and Alexander McFee. There is family history written on the back of the photograph about each McFee and their families as well as where John McFee lived.

There is one tintype of an unidentified elderly woman and another photograph of an unidentified elderly woman who was photographed by Ewing Photographer of Port Hope and Peterborough.
UntitledFonds consists of six photographs of "Blyth", the home of John Langton and his family. The photos were taken in 1911 and 1912. The home, which has since been demolished, was close to Fenelon Falls on Sturgeon Lake. The people in the photographs are not identified. Written on an envelope, included with the photographs, is "1911 & 1912. Old photos of "Blyth" Given to M. McCulloch by Mrs. [Frances] George Douglas."

UntitledFonds consists of a blacksmith's account book belonging to John Tinney of Cavan, Ontario and a small pocket diary kept by Hector Tinney who served overseas in World War I. Also included in the fonds are a number of post cards of Belleville, Ontario, Trenton in Ontario as well as a photograph of Hector Tinney and the Tinney blacksmith shop.

UntitledFonds consists of two manuscripts written by Dr. Barclay McKone, M.D. They are in typescript format. The first manuscript with the title "Moose Factory Indian Hospital" gives a brief historical and geographical background of Moose Factory and its service area, and it describes treatments to fight tuberculosis. The second manuscript with the title "Eastern Arctic Medical and X-Ray Survey 1955" has a diary-format description of the work done by group #2 of a 3 group expedition in their attempt to grapple with all the medical problems of the eastern Arctic. The time frame is from June to September 1955.

Clarry on an 1821 petition to the King regarding voting rights; a bylaw regarding taverns; the history of Fairmount Church and Methodist givings; an 1896 ballot for Cavan officers; a clipping about George Berry; a list of Overseers of Highways, fence viewers, etc.; an audited financial statement of Cavan for 1875; a newspaper report of Cavan Council business; an invoice re sidewalks; notes on Cavan town hall; and several pages of original hand-written notes on persons holding various offices in Cavan. Copies of clippings about Cavan Blazers, school graduation results, etc. are also included

Chant of the University of Toronto for use by Tuxis boys; a newspaper clipping from "The Globe" dated June 1, 1922, entitled "Spring Stars: Hydra, the Water Snake"; two photocopied pages from R.D. Lloyd's father's Tuxis Manual with the name L. Lloyd, date 1921, and the roster of the "Cree Tribe" at camp along with the "Cree yell".
UntitledCollection consists of a ledger dated 1880-1905 created by Robert Henry Reid which records transactions for goods sold or services exchanged for other goods. The merchandise involved appears to be that of a general store or farm supply depot. Also included is a journal (and typescript) created by Frederick Reid describing his move west from Ontario to Edmonton between 1907 and 1909. A biographical note about Fred by his son is included at the end. A letter to Harold A. Reid from Florence Reid and two photographs accompany the collection

UntitledCollection consists of documents pertaining to the property in the city of Peterborough (lot 8 on the north side of Townsend Street and on the south side of Dalhousie Street west of Aylmer St.) once owned by Reverend Vincent Clementi. The documents include deeds, mortgages, as well as, the will of Clementi and his wife Elizabeth. Grantors and mortgage holders include James Hall, Sheriff, Allan Macdougall, J.D. Collins, George Barlee, George Barlee, Thomas and Jane Fairbairn, R. Boucher, Katherine Dennistoun, G. Stevenson, H.C. Rogers. Clementi bought the property in 1874.

UntitledFonds consists of a bound original assessment roll for Harvey Township for 1927, a photograph of Marjorie McLean Oliver (ca. 1919), two account books of the tourist camp which the Olivers operated (1926-1947; 1951-1970), a cemetery deed from Verulam Cemetery Company (1880), tax bills (1907-1968), and assessment notices (1891-1960). Also included are two land documents (1927; 1938) of the property donated to Trent University in 1998 by Marjorie McLean Oliver in memory of her father, James McLean Oliver.
